At least 126 people have died, and 188 others were injured after a powerful earthquake struck China’s southern Tibet Autonomous Region on Tuesday morning, as per an update from state broadcaster CCTV. The quake caused significant destruction, with over 3,600 homes damaged, and its tremors were felt as far as Nepal’s capital, Kathmandu.
