The United States reported 138,903 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours, according to Johns Hopkins University on Monday. The tally now stands at 13,383,320 infections since the beginning of the pandemic.
Since Sunday, there have been 826 deaths, according to the report. The overall death toll has risen to 266,873.
