A blast outside Egypt’s National Cancer Institute (NCI) killed instantly at least 19 people and injured 30 others. The horrific explosion was generated by a car driving recklessly against traffic. The vehicle collided with three other cars.A sum of 42 ambulance vehicles was disposed to the collision site.
