Tunisia’s Civil Protection units reported a total of 450 operations carried out over the past twenty-four hours, from 6 a.m. on Sunday to 6 a.m. on Monday, according to an update posted on their official Facebook page.
The breakdown shows 51 firefighting operations, along with 139 road rescue and assistance interventions.
In addition, 253 other non-traffic-related interventions were recorded, alongside three additional operations in various emergency situations.
These figures highlight the intense daily workload of Civil Protection teams and their crucial role in handling emergencies and ensuring public safety across the country.
