The United States Geological Survey states a 6.3 magnitude earthquake has hit approximately 170 miles off the coast of Oregon, in the western United States.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Tsunami Warning Center did not directly advertise a tsunami warning.
The tremor was identified with a depth of 5.4 km.
