Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health said on Wednesday that nine individuals were killed, and more than 300 were wounded in a series of explosions after a new wave of bombing involving wireless communication devices.
According to the ministry, almost all of the injured in today’s attacks were transported to hospitals for treatment.. Additionally, Lebanon’s General Directorate of Civil Defense declared it is actively working to “extinguish fires that broke out inside homes, cars, and shops” in sites across the country, as a result of the explosions.
