Member of Parliament Ali Zoghdoud, head of the “Liyantaṣir al-Shaab” parliamentary bloc, revealed the submission of a draft organic law concerning the organization of the Constitutional Court.
In a post shared on social media, Zoghdoud noted that this legislative initiative stems from a commitment to completing and strengthening the constitutional framework. He stressed that the Constitutional Court represents a major step toward building a solid and stable political system that also promotes broad popular democracy.
He added that the July 25, 2022 Constitution, under which this draft is proposed, allows for ongoing development and improvement based on practical experience, noting that it “does not close the door to future enhancements of this institutional structure.”
