The Algerian Wilaya of Bejaia was struck today, Saturday, by an earthquake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale. The Center for Research in Astronomy, Astrophysics and Geophysics reported that an earthquake was recorded today, Saturday, in the state of Béjaia, about 3:33 p.m. local time.
According to the center, the magnitude of the earthquake reached 3.5 degrees on the Richter scale, and its epicentre was located 6 km southeast of Melbo in the Wilaya of Béjaïa.
