Algeria- Borders will partially reopen at the beginning of June

Algeria will partially reopen its borders, which has been closed since March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, “from the beginning of June,” the country’s presidency announced this Sunday.

The reopening will begin with “a plan of five daily flights to and from the airports of Algiers, Constantine and Oran”, the largest cities in the country, from June 1.

It will be conducted in “strict compliance” with preventive measures.
