At least six people were wounded in a shooting in East Oakland, California on Wednesday at a complex housing several schools, according to local media. The Oakland Police Department said it is investigating the incident and that it is “no longer active.” There is currently no information on any possible suspects.
At least three adult victims were taken to hospital, although the extent of their injuries is unknown. The police allowed parents to reach the area and pick up their children.
