A Tunisian national suspected of having committed a double homicide in Vienna (Austria) in August, was apprehended in Brest and incarcerated. Born in 1973, he was sought by the Austrian authorities for the double homicide and “was the subject of a European arrest warrant,” reports Le Figaro.
