At least 12 individuals have passed away and 319 others have been wounded in various accidents over the past twenty-four hours across the country, the civil protection spokesperson revealed on Saturday and Wednesday.
The units reporting to the National Civil Protection Office carried out, during the same day, 418 interventions including 91 fire extinguishings and 97 rescue operations on the roads.
