In Group E’s second match of the Club World Cup group stage, Italy’s Inter Milan and Mexico’s Monterrey drew 1-1.
While CF Rayados de Monterrey started with a 3-4-1-2 formation and scored the first goal through former Real Madrid star Sergio Ramos (25′), their opponents managed to equalize before halftime with a 3-5-2 formation, thanks to Argentinian striker Lautaro Martinez (42′).
In the opening match of this group, Argentina’s River Plate defeated Japan’s Urawa Reds (3-1).
