During an appearance on national radio, Nadia Hadroug, Director of Collections at the National Social Security Fund (CNSS), reported that 4,000 companies and 17,000 self-employed workers have joined the social amnesty program to regularize their situation with the CNSS.
To recap, the social amnesty offers a full or partial waiver of penalties on contributions owed to the CNSS. Nadia Hadroug reminded that the social amnesty, which has been in effect since October 2024, will end on March 31, 2025.
