In response to the intense cold wave affecting several governorates in the northwest, especially Béja, Jendouba, and Le Kef, Béja’s Regional Director of Commerce, Imed Sandid, told Tunisie Numérique’s correspondent that commerce services are supervising the daily distribution of domestic gas cylinders across all delegations in the governorate to address recent shortages.
On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, a total of 7,070 domestic gas cylinders were distributed to seven wholesalers in the region, according to the same source.
