The Times of India newspaper reported that at least 31 people have passed away following devastating floods in northern Indian states.
The deaths took place in the states of Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab, where at least eight individuals are missing, as reported by Nova.
