E-invoicing: Tunisia’s parliament hears the President of the Medical Order

    The Finance and Budget Committee at the Assembly of the Representatives of the People (ARP) is holding, this Monday, March 2, 2026, a joint session with the Committee on the Organization of Administration, to hear from the President of the National Council of the Medical Order.

    Two draft proposals at the heart of the discussions

    According to the available information, the session will be devoted to examining two legislative proposals, namely Proposals No. 12 and No. 14/2026, related to electronic invoicing (e-invoicing).

    The Medical Order invited to state its position

    This hearing is part of the process of consulting the various stakeholders concerned by the file. It aims in particular to gather the Medical Order’s position on the two proposals and to assess the potential impacts of e-invoicing on the related administrative and financial procedures, especially those connected to the sector.
