Egypt’s Ministry of Health and Population reported 1677 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday night, bringing the total number of cases in the country to 42980
The Ministry also announced 62 new deaths, bringing the death toll of the COVID-19 pandemic in Egypt to 1484.
