The European Parliament voted on Thursday in favor of granting Ukraine and Moldova the status of candidates for joining the bloc.
The European Parliament adopted a resolution calling on the European Council to grant the candidate status to the two countries, as well as Georgia once Tbilisi addresses a number of issues.
