Foreign Minister Receives Poland’s Ambassador to Tunisia

Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, received today, 16 January 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, Ms. Justyna Porazińska, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Tunisia, who paid him a farewell visit on the occasion of the end of her tenure in Tunisia.
On this occasion, the Minister praised the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between Tunisia and Poland, expressing his satisfaction with the positive momentum characterizing these relations, as reflected in the outcomes of the working visit he made to Warsaw in December 2024, preceded by the holding of a bilateral economic forum.
In this regard, the Minister stressed the importance of capitalizing on these positive dynamics in order to further enhance trade exchanges and increase the flow of Polish tourists to Tunisia, in light of the rise in their figures in recent years.
He also underscored the need to work jointly to further facilitate access of Tunisian products, such as olive oil and phosphate, to the Polish market, and to establish mutually beneficial investment projects and partnerships.
The Minister also expressed his appreciation to the Ambassador for the efforts she made to strengthen cooperation ties between the two countries, wishing her success in her new duties.
From her part, Ms. Justyna Porazińska conveyed her thanks to the Tunisian authorities for the support she received during her mission in Tunisia, reaffirming her country’s willingness to work with the Tunisian side in order to further develop bilateral cooperation in all areas of common interest and prepare for the next bilateral entitlement in Tunisia.
