According to TF1, the leader of La France Insoumise, Jean-Luc Mélenchon, has declared his nomination for the 2022 presidential election to “abolish the presidential monarchy in France”.

Jean-Luc Mélenchon stated he was ready to run for the 2022 presidential election if he has 150,000 signatures from citizen sponsorships.
