United Kingdom’s Environment Secretary George Eustice announced on Tuesday that the British vessel Cornelis Gert Jan, previously detained by the French authorities, has been released.
“It’s a decision by the French to step back from the threats they made,” he said to Sky News, adding that London welcomes the move.
