From Abidjan, Tunisia showcases its tourism and handicraft strength at SATIT 2026

    The Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia to Ivory Coast, Ziad Saâdaoui, presided over the opening ceremony of the first edition of the Tunisia–Ivory Coast Tourism and Handicrafts Exhibition (SATIT 2026) on 5 February 2026 in Abidjan, where the event runs until 8 February 2026.

    The ceremony was attended by officials from the Ministries of Tourism and Leisure, Industry, Trade and Handicrafts, along with ambassadors, members of the diplomatic corps, and representatives of the Tunisia–Ivory Coast Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

    In his remarks, the Ambassador emphasized the importance of the exhibition as a platform to showcase Tunisia’s tourism assets and the richness of its handicraft products. He highlighted SATIT 2026 as a space for strengthening partnerships between Tunisian and Ivorian professionals, paving the way for expanded trade and investment opportunities.
