Ahmed Ben Kharrat, the governor of Beja, supervised a working session with the secretaries general of the municipalities to evaluate the region’s environmental conditions. According to Tunisie Numérique correspondent, the governor stressed the need to ramp up efforts to remove waste and enhance the cleanliness of the municipalities.
He likewise suggested organizing collaborative cleanliness campaigns between municipalities to address shortages in equipment and manpower, thereby improving overall efficiency in maintaining the region’s hygiene.
