The African Handball Confederation has decided to fine Espérance Sportive de Tunis €15,000 following incidents that occurred at the end of the African Super Cup match between the Bab Souika club and Al Ahly of Egypt.
The end of the match, won by the Egyptian team, was marked by clashes and altercations between players from both sides.
In response, the continental body also sanctioned the competition’s organizing committee, imposing a €3,000 fine.
