India’s Health and Family Welfare Ministry confirmed in its latest update 200,739 new cases of coronavirus over the past twenty-four hours.
The figure brings the total number of cases in the country to 14,074,564.
The number of deaths surged by 1,038 to land at 173,123, while recoveries reached 12,429,564, rising by 93,528 in the time period.
