PSG, winners of the 2025 UEFA Champions League, now know their opponent for the Intercontinental Cup final next Wednesday (6:00 p.m., live on beIN Sports and M6). It will be Brazilian club Flamengo.
As Copa Libertadores champions, the Brazilians were dominant in a 2–0 win on Saturday at Al-Rayyan Stadium against the winners of the African CAF Champions League. Goals came from Leo Pereira (24th) and Danilo (52nd).
In the quarter-finals, Pyramids FC won their tie against Saudi side Al Ahli, Asian champions, on 23 September, while the Brazilians defeated Cruz Azul 2–1 (a brace from Giorgian de Arrascaeta) last Wednesday.
