The president of the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) Farouk Bouasker reported, on the sidelines of a press conference held today, that the participation rate in the second round of local elections is up to 10 a.m.
223,312 voters voted, representing a participation rate of 5.34%.
27% of voters are women. 47% of voters are aged between 36 and 60, indicates Bouasker, recollecting that operations continue until 6 p.m.
