United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson cautioned Russian President Vladimir Putin against invading Ukraine, asserting that would be a “disastrous step” and a “painful, violent and bloody business.”
The comments come after the UK revealed it is pulling some of its Kiev embassy staff out of the country amid a “growing threat from Russia.”
