Ali Ben Said, president of the association responsible for preparing the Mouled festivities in the Kairouan governorate, told Tunisie Numérique that this year’s edition focuses exclusively on religious activities.
The program incorporates several events such as religious and cultural conferences, Quran recitation competitions, trade and craft fairs, and an exhibition of tangible and intangible heritage in the Okba Ibn Nefaâ mosque.
This exhibition underscores the historical monuments of the capital of the Aghlabids, including precious manuscripts relating to Hanafi jurisprudence.
