The Kasserine anti-narcotics squad apprehended two drug lords yesterday, Wednesday, March 19th, who were actively wanted. Their arrest was confirmed by Imed Omri, the official spokesperson for the Kasserine courts and first deputy public prosecutor at the Court of First Instance.
He indicated that one of the traffickers was subject to an arrest warrant following a 10-year prison sentence handed down by the Kasserine Court of First Instance. The second was convicted to 30 years in prison by the Kairouan Court of Appeal, Mosaïque FM reported this Thursday, March 20th.
