The personal physician of the Moroccan monarch, Lahcen Belyamani, announced on Saturday that Mohammed VI is suffering from lower back pain accompanied by muscle spasms (mechanical lumbosciatica associated with a muscle contracture), with no cause for concern reported.
According to the King’s personal physician, these lumbar pains require appropriate medical treatment along with a period of functional rest.
