Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah accepted the resignation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil Emad al-Atiqi, the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported on Sunday.
Minister of Finance and Minister of State for Economic and Investment Affairs Nora Suleiman Al-Fassam has been appointed as acting minister of oil, replacing al-Atiqi.
