Lebanon Death Toll Rises to 356, With 1,246 Injured amid Ongoing Israeli strikes

The Lebanese Health Ministry updated on Monday the number of individuals killed in today’s airstrikes by the Israeli military, saying that dead people have increased to 356 while injured people have reached 1,246. Among those who lost their lives were 24 children and 42 women.

Health Minister Firas Abiad said that medical staff has also been attacked as reports showed two dead and 16 wounded from the ambulance teams. There are currently 27 hospitals receiving the wounded. Abiad claimed that the Israeli forces targeted ambulances, fire trucks, and convoys of displaced persons who were moving to safer areas. Also, he said medical aid from Jordan and Iraq arrived while other countries have been contacted for assistance.
