Libya and Serbia inked on Monday a memorandum of cooperation between the Serbian Diplomatic Academy and the Libyan Institute of Diplomatic Studies to enhance the capability of Libyan diplomatic cadres.
The cooperation was signed by Libyan Foreign Minister Najla Mangoush and her Serbian counterpart Nikola Selakovic. The two sides held talks in Belgrade, examining a variety of issues from economic trade to potential reopening of the Serbian embassy in Tripoli.
