London Bridge Attacker had been previously condemned of terror offence

The 28-year-old British man who murdered two people in a stabbing spree on London Bridge before police killed him had beforehand been condemned of terrorism offences and was discharged from prison last year, reported Reuters.

Wearing a false suicide jacket and wielding knives, Usman Khan went on a rampage Friday at a rehabilitation conference besides London Bridge. He was grappled to the spot by bystanders and then shot dead by policemen.

Khan, whose family comes from Pakistan, was condemned in 2012 for his part in an al-Qaeda-inspired plot to blow up the London Stock Exchange but was discharged in December 2018 subjected to conditions.
