Thousands of demonstrators took to the streets of Paris on Saturday to participate in traditional May Day protests, colliding with police.
Riot police shot tear gas at protesters, which include students, workers’ unions and others demanding more labour protections.
According to reports from local media, more than ten people have been arrested so far.
