The Tunisian National Olympic Committee announced the appointment of its President and International Olympic Committee (IOC) member, Mehrez Boussayene, to the Disciplinary Commission for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
Approved by the IOC President ahead of the official opening of the Games, the appointment highlights the renewed trust placed in Tunisia’s representatives at the highest level, in recognition of their experience, integrity, and steadfast commitment to the values of the Olympic Movement.
Chaired by Denis Oswald, the Disciplinary Commission is responsible for reviewing cases involving breaches of the Olympic Charter and the applicable regulations throughout the Games period.
Through this nomination, Tunisia reaffirms its active and trusted role within international Olympic governance mechanisms.
