In accordance with a ministerial decree published in the JORT of 23 November 2021, the Minister of Industry, Mines and Energy Neila Nouira Gongi has decided to revoke:
- The hydrocarbon exploration license known as the “Southern Remada” permit for failure to comply with the duties set in the specifications relating to the said permit, while forcing a fine of $ 3.2 million on the operating company

The hydrocarbon exploration permit known as the “Jenein Center” license , while imposing a fine of $ 6 million on the operating company
The minister further decided to commission the partial cession of the rights and obligations in the hydrocarbon exploration permit known as the “Zarat” permit, for the profit of the Tunisian Petroleum Activities Company so that the participation rates become as follows: the Tunisian Company of Petroleum Activities 99% and the company “PA Resources Tunisia Pty Ltd” 1%. These decisions were issued in the JORT of 23 November 2021 and have already entered into force.
