The indictment chamber of the Tunis Court of Appeal has decided to direct journalist Mohamed Boughalleb to the criminal chamber of the Tunis Court of First Instance to be tried under article 24, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the decree No. 54. This was confirmed by Maître Hamadi Zafrani, member of the Boughalleb defence committee, on Mosaïque FM radio.
The file involves a complaint filed by a university professor against Mohamed Boughalleb.
