The Moroccan national team qualified for the semi-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations after defeating Cameroon 2–0 on Friday at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat, as part of the quarter-final stage.
The Atlas Lions’ goals were scored by Brahim Díaz in the 26th minute and Ismaïl Saibari in the 74th minute.
Achraf Hakimi’s teammates will face, in the semi-finals, the winner of the quarter-final clash between Algeria and Nigeria, scheduled for this Saturday.
