Pakistan army announced that two soldiers and nine terrorists were killed in an overnight clash in the country’s northwest tribal district of North Waziristan.
Five security personnel also got injured while one militant was arrested during the clash in North Waziristan, said the Pakistan Army.
Security forces seized weapons and ammunition during a search operation in the area, the army’s media wing said in a statement.
A soldier and five suspected terrorists were killed in a similar clash in the district on April 20.
