Palestine announced Wednesday morning eight new cases of COVID-19, increasing the total number of confirmed cases in the occupied territories to 613.
Health Minister Mai Al-Kaileh announced that five Palestinians in Beit Ula town, northwest of the southern West Bank city of Hebron, and three others in the besieged Gaza Strip all tested positive for coronavirus.
The Minister added that among the confirmed cases are a child aged a year and a half and another aged 13.
