In Matchday 37 of the Premier League, Manchester City secured a comfortable 3–1 victory over Bournemouth on Tuesday, in what marked Belgian star Kevin De Bruyne’s final appearance at the Etihad Stadium.
The Citizens took the lead early through Marmoush in the 14th minute and widened the gap with goals from Silva (38′) and Gonzalez (89′), in a match also notable for the dismissals of Kovacic (67′) and Cook (74′).
The game also saw the return of Rodri, who came on for his first appearance since suffering a knee injury on September 22. Thanks to this win, Manchester City climbs back into third place in the league standings.
