The General Judicial Assembly of the Administrative Court denied this Thursday the appeals of presidential candidates Abir Moussi and Béchir Aouani.
As a reminder, the PDL filed two appeals with the administrative court in mid-August 2024 contesting the decisions of the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) concerning the candidacy of its leader, Abir Moussi.
