The Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) has just revealed, in an official press release, that the judgments rendered by the administrative court do not explicitly stipulate the inclusion of the protesting candidates in the definitive list of presidential candidates.
According to the same source, their inclusion is conditional on the verification of their civil and political rights, in the absence of card No. 3 required by the Commission’s regulations.
Therefore, it is no longer possible to execute the judgments in question, specified the ISIE.
