As the presidential elections scheduled for October 6 approach, a decree issued in the JORT specifies that the funding of electoral campaigns must be done through self-financing or private financing.
According to this decree, the spending ceilings for each candidate are as follows:
- 150,000 dinars for the first round
- 100,000 dinars for the second round
