Russia’s Western Military District declared on Monday that a serviceman opened fire and shot three military officers at an airfield in the Voronezh region.
According to local authorities, one officer and two soldiers were reported dead.
The shooter left and there is an action deployed to locate him, while the Ministry of Defense has initiated an investigation into the incident.
