The governor of Sfax Fakher Fakhfakh ordered the termination of waste transfer to the discharge on the Gremda road (41km) until a common ground is located between the authorities and the inhabitants of the region.
The official indicated that he includes the demands of peaceful demonstrators while condemning the blocking of roads by the protesters. In the same direction, he called on the latter to sit at the dialogue table with the regional authorities to overcome the current situation.
