Beja Governor Ahmed Ben Kharrat visited Sidi Ismaïl on Thursday to supervise a cleanliness and environmental preservation campaign, according to Tunisie Numérique correspondent.
During the visit, the governor inspected the progress made on directives issued during his previous inspection.
He instructed authorities to clear sidewalks of illegal stalls and ordered the demolition of an abandoned and structurally unsafe shack located in the centre of Sidi Ismaïl.
This initiative is part of continued efforts to improve public spaces and ensure the safety and well-being of the community.
